Climate Change Effecting our Eagles
Due to the changing weather climates, we are really noticing a different with our wildlife. Snowy owls are migrating further south fr
om the arctic region than usual and this year our Bald Eagles Utah workshop had to be cancelled due to lack of snow. With bird in flight eagle shots still in demand, Natures Photo Adventures is on a mission to come up with alternatives. “We want to surpass our clients expectations and ensure our clients go home with stunning, unique photographs that can win the most competitive photography competitions and go home with fantastic memories”, say David Hemmings, President of Natures Photo Adventures.
This year the Snowy Owl Workshop, impressed a number of our customers with raving reviews and outstanding photographs. Teaching the spot metering technique was a key component to those Snowy Owl flight shots. Every year, just when you think you have seen it all, one of our customer’s publishes a Snowy Owl image in the most unique and breathtaking way.
To deal with the Bald Eagles in flight workshop demands, we are scouting out another alternative that has never been explored before in the photographic workshop community. We are hoping this new location of wild Bald Eagles flying and diving at fish in the winter snowy settings, meets our high expectations suitable for a photo workshop. If you are looking for Bald Eagles in flight photography opportunities, and can’t wait, we recommend our BC Grizzly Bear Photo Tour. On the British Columbia Bear Workshop you will have the opportunity to photograph Bald Eagles foraging salmon and perching on some of the most beautiful tree top settings. Although it doesn’t provide the snowy winter backgrounds, you have incredible Canadian mountainous pine tree backgrounds. A great photograph awaits.
